St Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower can be applied directly onto wet skin while in the shower. The product should be left on for about three minutes and then rinsed off. Your tan will continue to develop for up to eight hours after the product is rinsed off.

The product works in water because it contains a thin solvent that prevents the active ingredient, DHA, from dissolving in water. It also contains ingredients like sweet almond oil to provide moisture to the skin.

This gradual tanner does a great job if you’re not looking for a very deep tan. I noticed that I can only build it to light medium after using it almost daily for a week. What I really like about it is that it is completely streak free – no patches or anything between fingers, toes or on my dryer spots which are close to my underarms. It is very quick and easy to apply under the shower and is definitely is a great option if you don’t want to sit around and wait for your tan to develop and wash off. What I don’t like is that I can’t build it to a deeper tan and that the product runs out very quickly. It is not a very cost effective option. I think this will be great for winter time and that I would use my loving tan in summer. (Ps I am very pale so I do need a bit of product building to get my tan to a somewhat ‘normal’ shade)
