After doing my research and finding where in NZ Esmi Skincare products are being sold ( especially with majority of the brands products ) i found TBL. It was my first time buying from TBL and my experience from the customer service, ordering process, to the delivery was amazing. I sent several emails asking endless Q’s and the team was so helpful, patient and very reassuring. I ordered on a Wednesday AFTER 2pm ( which I was told my order will only get processed on Thursday since I ordered after 2pm, which was no problem at all! ) and my order reached me early on Friday morning.
I will most definitely be buying from TBL since I’ve found skincare products that work for me! I just hope they don’t ever stop stocking Esmi as it’s easy access for this kiwi! 🙂
