   Ordered with overnight delivery to a central Auckland address for event the next day and it didnt come in time so didn’t get to use it ? not happy (did it far before courier cut off also)

     Hi Honor,

     We processed your order at 4:11PM the same day you placed it (Thursday) and put it on an overnight delivery service with CourierPost which means if their service was up to scratch – which 99.9% of the time it is – your parcel should have arrived on Friday. Obviously CourierPost (a completely separate, independent company from The Beauty Lounge) had a delay or issue with processing your parcel which is of course completely out of our control.

     It’s a shame the first we heard of the delay was via this review on our website rather than contact from you on Friday asking for help as we probably could have chased CourierPost up and/or sent out another one on a Saturday delivery to ensure you received it when you needed it.

     We’ve contacted you and offered you a refund if the product is now of no use.

     Sorry things didn’t go to plan this time. As you can see from our customer feedback most customers are delighted with out service, however occasionally issues arise which are out of our control but can usually be sorted out if we are told.
