First time customer at The Beauty Lounge! I was impressed by the free shipping and the fast overnight delivery. My item arrived promptly the following day. I ordered RefectoCil No.3 Natural Brown Tint 15ml and RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% 100ml. I am very impressed by the quality of the product and the results from using aftr one application. Easy to follow instructions. I will be a returning customer.

The entire experience of ordering from you was great. E-mails kept me informed of progress with the delivery and it arrived the next day as promised. I have used the product this morning and found it up to expectations. The only slight down-side was that the treatment bottle had leaked a little in transit, because the packing was damp when I opened it.
