First time customer at The Beauty Lounge! I was impressed by the free shipping and the fast overnight delivery. My item arrived promptly the following day. I ordered RefectoCil No.3 Natural Brown Tint 15ml and RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% 100ml. I am very impressed by the quality of the product and the results from using aftr one application. Easy to follow instructions. I will be a returning customer.

What a lovely company to deal with! Not only did they confirm my order immediately but wrote to me assuring me of the authenticity of the product I was ordering. That we really important to me as I had been caught twice getting fake Revitalash, which is very expensive. I won’t know for several weeks if the product is authentic, but I have every faith in this lovely company. Watch this space – you will soon know if I am wrong. The delivery was well within the time they predicted and warm friendly service throughout.
