Quick delivery once order was placed. However was disappointed the packaging was in an untidy state and given it was a Xmas gift I had to remove the contents and wrap without the box.

We ensure to send all products out in pristine condition but can’t control what happens to it while in transit despite careful packaging; couriers can be pretty rough! We wish you had told us about the condition of the product when it arrived so we could have sent another one out but it sounds like the actual product itself is fine which is the main thing 🙂
