First time customer at The Beauty Lounge! I was impressed by the free shipping and the fast overnight delivery. My item arrived promptly the following day. I ordered RefectoCil No.3 Natural Brown Tint 15ml and RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% 100ml. I am very impressed by the quality of the product and the results from using aftr one application. Easy to follow instructions. I will be a returning customer.

Fantastic product, no ammonia (no horrible smell), parabens SLS, resorcinol to be concerned about either. Not only does my hair look good, I am not putting nasty stuff on either. Great find.
