Very good service and fast delivery to Australia. I have deducted one star because of the excess packaging. The small tube could have been packaged in a small padded envelope rather than the box it was sent in, which was more appropriate for a much larger order.

Thought about giving 4 stars because my order before 2pm for next day delivery never happened but in fairness I did order about 5 mins before 2 so cut it a bit fine. The email advising me that I wouldn’t get delivery was appreciated. Very very good customer service from the beauty lounge but slightly let down by courier post non delivery which was remedied by a couple of phone calls to courier post. 5/5 to Beauty Lounge. 3/5 to Courier post who miraculously managed to deliver within 2 mins of phone call !
