First time customer at The Beauty Lounge! I was impressed by the free shipping and the fast overnight delivery. My item arrived promptly the following day. I ordered RefectoCil No.3 Natural Brown Tint 15ml and RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% 100ml. I am very impressed by the quality of the product and the results from using aftr one application. Easy to follow instructions. I will be a returning customer.

I have been buying regularly from TBL for around four years now and have never had anything but outstanding customer service (and I don’t give out customer service accolades lightly). Thanks, The Beauty Lounge!

I bought a lash serum that was very reasonably priced compared to other places I had looked at. The product was shipped right away and arrived so quickly! I received regular updates from the website on the status of my purchase. Pleasure to deal with and will definitely shop here again.
