There is always a bit of trepidation when you are buying for the first time from an online retailer, whether they are a genuine retailer to whether they are selling genuine products. The Beauty Lounge is a proper genuine website, selling genuine products ( I purchased the Nioxin no.3, fLash & Blinc brow). The customer service from the time of order to delivery is simply outstanding!!! I received about 3-4 emails to update me on my order and to tell me that they will be coming in 2 packages with tracking numbers and an email to say they have been delivered to my door. The service is also superfast, you are not left wondering and waiting ‘is someone out there?’, ‘my credit card is charged and there is no communication?’, etc, etc. You know what I mean. I will write more reviews about the individual products once I have used them. At the meantime, you can safely purchase from them, you are in very good hands!
