A birthday surprise that certainly didn’t arrive on time. I ordered my products for my husband’s birthday. A last minute impulse buy. The overnight delivery service was what hooked me. I specifically checked the box saying I didn’t need a signature as I knew I would t be home to sign and I wanted the present in time for his birthday. The tracking said it had arrived at the depot that evening before 6pm in Auckland, then that’s all it said, for days. I placed the order on a Wednesday and it didn’t come Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Then finally we get a card in the front door on the Monday or Tuesday requiring a signature. I was embarrassed and very disappointed . Not sure if I didn’t place the order at the appropriate time for overnight delivery, but it also didn’t need a signature.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear about the late delivery of your parcel.
You ordered on 26 April and we dispatched it the same day on an overnight delivery service with no signature required. While we’ve done everything within our power to get your parcel to you on time, unfortunately CourierPost have let us both down by not delivering on time and for some reason requiring a signature even though we never paid them for that service which costs extra.
Had you contacted us when it was clear your order was not going to turn up on the day you expected we could have chased CourierPost up and ensured a quick solution. Unfortunately this review is the first we heard of the issue.
