Excellent Customer Service
I bought a product from The Beauty Lounge which unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to. Obviously not their fault. I emailed querying whether I could return it and received a response almost immediately. I was able to return the item and received a full refund. The service was outstanding. It was fast, efficient and staff where incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend using them ?
