Great customer service and super quick processing of orders. They always have accurate and up to date shipping information and are ready and are proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly. .
For Aussie buyers: totally worth it. This company is great! Only downfall is the use of Aus Post once your order crosses the ditch: it’s not uncommon for a parcel to spend 2-4 days “in transit” (sitting in dispatch, more like) – even for metro areas.
