I ordered the No Bleeding Lips lip liner which arrived quickly but did not wind up properly. A replacement item was sent promptly which I appreciated. I have found the benefits promised by this product to be over-rated and overall, I’m disappointed as the bleeding around the lips has not shown any significant improvement since using this item.
