First time ordering was lovely, got a nice card and product was quick to arrive, this time, I get just the product, which would be fine, but its the wrong one! ( I ordered Medium, I got dark, I am fairly fair, so dark will look ridiculous on me) 4 days before I go on holiday. Its Christmas, I don’t have extra money to buy another product & return this, so has been a huge inconvenience. I then get emailed a follow up & asked to rate the experience. Unfortunately this time, no good & now all the additional stress of trying to get something else, frustrating.
