Thought I would try The Beauty Lounge as product I wanted was in stock and they offered overnight delivery. Ordered online Thursday and no courier delivery so contacted The Beauty Lounge on Monday to find out my order hadn’t been processed. They processed the order on Monday and I received item on Wednesday. Not a good introduction to The Beauty Lounge.
