The speed of delivery (22 hours!) was amazing. The order was accurate and the little gift was a nice touch. The rating would be higher if environment conscious packing had been used – a 2mx30cm piece of plastic bubble roll held all my items still in the box. I cannot recycle this material. A smaller box would have remedied this, or even crumpled newspaper that I could recycle would be better.

I bought a lipstick but couldn’t remember where I had bought it. I loved it so much I goggled the lipstick and found it on this site.
