A bit disappointed initially as I ordered late on a Thursday night & discovered my parcel didn’t get collected by the couriers till late Friday morning, meaning it was going to be today (Monday) before I got my order. Erica answered my email very quickly & explained & that was fine, I hadn’t seen I had to order by 2pm for next day delivery! All good though as it arrived around 10.15 this morning, followed by an email too! Very efficient, so thank you for my first order.
