I recently purchased the RevitaBrow Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner. Now that i’m older I have found my eyebrows have become patchy in parts with some crazy bits doing their own thing. As I’ve only been using for about 4 days, I can’t really give proper feedback as to results. I’m hoping for my eyebrows to become fuller again, and the crazy hairs to go the direction they should so I can have nice full brows back. I heard about this product from a friend in the UK but had no idea it came from NZ, so much easier that buying from the UK!

Great products except I was sent the wrong products. Fast response the first time then absolutely no contact with me afterwards. Emailed again a couple days later, fast response asking me the same questions they asked two days prior then again, no contact with me since. I’ve been waiting for an answer about having the correct products sent since the 25/6/21 … So to The Beauty Lounge, “you should expect a response within 4 business hours, but usually much quicker.” I think you need to look into a faster and better communication line, because I have been left waiting TWICE with no answer and my problem not resolved! Money wasted on my end.
