Stock Statuses

Thousands of products are available for purchase from The Beauty Lounge and we keep the majority of these products in stock at our warehouse. We source some products from nearby suppliers and some harder to get products from international suppliers. Here’s what our availability messages mean:

In stock, ready for delivery
This product is in stock with The Beauty Lounge at our Auckland fulfilment centre and will be dispatched the same day for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday where all products are “in stock, ready for delivery”.

In stock with supplier, dispatched in X days
This product is in stock with a local supplier. We will order it in to our warehouse which takes X days (usually 7-10 days depending on the product) and then send it out to you as soon as we receive it.

International Supplier
A few products that are impossible to source via New Zealand distributors can be sourced from international suppliers. These products can take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Once they do, we will put them on the courier to you.

Mixed Stock Statuses within an order
If your order contains a mix of products which are in stock and need to be ordered in, your whole order will ship once all products are available for shipping. Separate shipping can be arrange for a fee. Please contact us and reference your order number if you would like to split your order into multiple shipments.
