    Service Used

    We use New Zealand Post’s International Courier service which is a 3-8 business day target delivery.

    Definition of “Business Days”

    A business day is classed as Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. “Day 1” starts the day after your parcel has been collected.

    International Order Processing Time

    Where all products in your order are “in stock at our Auckland warehouse” and your order is placed before 2PM New Zealand Time, we will aim to process your order the same day. Same day dispatch applies to orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding NZ public holidays.

    Occasionally international orders may take an extra 24 hours to process due to the additional export paperwork required.

    International Import Duties

    Orders less than AUD$1,000 delivered to Australia will not incur any customs, import and duty fees.

    Tracking Notifications

    When we’ve processed your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier information so you can track your order from our warehouse to your delivery address.

    Order Cancellations

    You’re welcome to an order after it has been placed, providing it hasn’t already been processed for delivery. Once an order has been picked up by the courier, we can’t recall it. You’re welcome to return it to us for a refund/exchange once it arrives providing the items are in brand new condition.

    Parcels Returned to Sender

    Parcels which have had delivery attempted Australia Post but are not successful will be given to the local post shop ready for collection. You will be given a card with information by Australia Post on how to do this.

    Parcels which aren’t collected within 1-2 weeks will be returned to sender. When the parcel arrives back to us we can send it out again, however a $9.95 delivery fee will be charged to cover our costs.
