    Please beware during the Christmas break (24th December to the 7th of January) delivers on or before the statuary holidays maybe delayed.

    Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The table below should be used as a rough guide to delivery times, however no guarantees can be made because we are at the mercy of courier schedules and any unexpected delays they may face.

    Where all products in your order are “in stock at our Auckland warehouse” and your order is placed before 2PM, we will process your order the same day for overnight delivery. Same day dispatch applies to orders placed Monday to Friday.

    For Auckland deliveries, you’ll usually receive your order the next business day.  For orders to the rest of the North Island you should also receive them the next business day, however there is a small chance of a delay due to courier network problems such as road or airport closures. Orders to the South Island have a good chance of getting to you the next business day, however plan on 2-3 business days if it is critical.

    Target delivery times are based on orders paid in full via credit card and for orders where all items in the order are in stock. Orders paid for by bank deposit will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment.

    Saturday Delivery

    Non-rural orders over $100+, paid for by credit card and placed before 2PM on a Friday can be upgraded to Saturday delivery for free providing all products are marked as “in stock, ready for delivery”. You must select the Saturday delivery option in the cart/checkout before you complete your order.

    Non-rural orders under $100+, paid for by credit card and placed before 2PM on a Friday can be upgraded to Saturday delivery for a fee of $8 providing all products are marked as “in stock, ready for delivery”. You must select the Saturday delivery option in the cart/checkout before you complete your order.

    Saturday delivery is not available to rural addresses, sorry.

    A small number of products are not eligible for Saturday delivery. If one of these ineligible products is in your cart, the Saturday delivery option will be unavailable.

    Same Day Delivery

    Same day delivery is not currently available, sorry.

    Signature Required Upgrade

    Our free overnight delivery option for New Zealand orders does not require a signature by the receiver. If you need your parcel to be signed for, you can upgrade to Signature Required service for $2.95 when you checkout.

    New Zealand Order Processing Time

    Where all products in your order are “in stock at our Auckland warehouse” and your order is placed before 2PM, we will process your order the same day. Same day dispatch applies to orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

    Tracking Notifications

    When we’ve processed your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier information so you can track your order from our warehouse to your delivery address.

    Order Cancellations

    You’re welcome to cancel an order after it has been placed, providing it hasn’t already been processed for delivery. Once an order has been picked up by the courier, we can’t recall it. You’re welcome to return it to us for a refund/exchange once it arrives providing the items are in brand new condition.

    Damages and Missing Parcels

    If your order arrives damaged, or your order has been marked as “delivered” by the courier company but has not arrived, you must contact us within 7 days to so we can lodge an investigation.
