    You may return new, unused, unopened items within 365 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. New, unused items must be in their full, original packaging with no damage.

    How do I return an item?

    Please contact us first so we can authorise the return and provide you with instructions. Please do not return products without contacting us for approval first.

    What happens if a product in my order is damaged?

    If a product turns up damaged, let us know and we’ll decide on the best way to handle it. In some cases we’ll ask for the product be returned to us, in others we may send out a replacement with proof of the damage. Rest assured, we’ll take care of it.

    What happens if my order is incorrect?

    We’ve got a 99.9% accuracy rate even after processing tens of thousands of orders, so we’re positive this won’t happen to you!

    If, however, you’re unlucky one to experience an inaccurate order, we’ll send out the correct product immediately and pay your return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

    Who pays the return delivery costs?

    If the return is a result of our error (for example, we sent you the wrong product or the product is damaged), we’ll pay the return shipping cost.

    If you’ve changed your mind on a product, we ask that you cover the return costs to us.

    Free/Bonus Product Conditions

    If you receive a “free” product as part of a giveaway or promotion when buying another product, both products must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one of the products is returned or eligible to be returned, the refund will be the total order cost minus the cost of the product that is kept/not eligible.

    For example, buy product X for $99.95 and get product Y (normally $19.95) free:

    • Both products returned in unused and unopened condition = full refund.
    • Product X returned in unused and unopened condition, product Y kept (or used) = refund of $99.95 – $19.95. Total refund = $80.00
    • Product Y returned, product X kept (or used) = no refund.

    Can I return a product which has been opened or used?

    No, sorry. We can only accept returns for products which are in brand new, unopened and unused condition.

    Eyelash/Eyebrow Serum Returns

    90 Day Money Back Guarantee
    We offer a 90 day money back guarantee on LiLash, RevitaLash, fLash, LiBrow and RevitaBrow. If you don’t achieve longer eyelashes or fuller eyebrows within 90 days, simply return the empty tube and/or any unused product along with the packaging. We’ll also need you to complete a short questionnaire with details about why you’re returning the product. Once we receive the product and questionnaire we will issue a full refund.

    You must contact us before your 90 days is up to begin the returns process. We can’t accept returns outside of the 90 day window.

    Irritation or Reactions
    If you’re one of the unlucky few who suffer irritation or reaction from LiLash, RevitaLash, fLash, RevitaBrow or LiBrow that causes too much discomfort, we will provide a full refund. Please return the product with full packaging, instruction sheet and invoice along with a brief summary of the reaction and reason for return. Please sign the documentation you return to us and we will issue a full refund.

    Return Delivery Costs for Eyelash/Eyebrow Serums

    Return delivery costs for eyelash and eyebrow serums must be paid for by the customer.

    Responsibility for Returns

    Returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they have been received by The Beauty Lounge in the same condition they were sent. The customer is responsible for tracking the return and any damages that happen while in transit. The Beauty Lounge can not accept returns on new/unused items that arrive damaged while in transit.

    Refunds

    If a refund is required and approved, we’ll process it within 24 hours of the item being returned.
