The product itself looks luxurious and beautifully packaged for my friend! Queries were answered when I emailed about its current status. Only thing I would recommend as a company, is that I was not warned/made aware that the stock had not arrived to you yet and therefore I was waiting for 11-12 days for it to be shipped!
